Kusma

Kusma is the headquarters of Parbat District and home to one of Nepal's most thrilling adventure experiences, the Kusma Bungee Jump, which at 228 metres is among the highest bungee jumps in the world, leaping from a suspension bridge over the Kali Gandaki River gorge.The town sits at the confluence of the Modi and Kali Gandaki rivers in a dramatic gorge setting, and also offers excellent opportunities for zip-lining, sky cycling, and camping in the spectacular Gandaki river landscape.

Two bridges span the gorge at Kusma, and the jump and the swing operate from them under the same company, with the sky cycling strung between. The Kali Gandaki gorge here is among the deepest in the world measured against the peaks either side of it, which is what gives the drop its scale. Kusma is about three hours by road from Pokhara on the way to Beni and Jomsom, and Gupteshwar Cave is the district's other draw.
