Daman

Daman is a small hill station in Makwanpur District, perched at around 2,322 metres and renowned for offering what is widely regarded as the most complete panoramic view of the Himalayas in all of Nepal. The viewpoint affords a breathtaking 180-degree sweep of peaks from Dhaulagiri to Everest and beyond.Located on the Tribhuvan Highway — Nepal's first highway — Daman is also a historic site, surrounded by rhododendron forests that blaze red and pink in spring, making it a favourite destination for nature lovers and mountain gazers.
