Kranji War Memorial is the Commonwealth war cemetery and memorial at 9 Woodlands Road in Kranji, northern Singapore, holding more than 4,400 Second World War graves. The site began as a small cemetery on a hill behind a Japanese-run prisoner-of-war camp set up in 1944, and in 1946 it was chosen as the permanent Allied war cemetery, with graves moved in from elsewhere in Singapore and from Saigon. The Commonwealth War Graves Commission, which cares for the site, records more than 850 of the burials as unidentified.

Above the rows of headstones stands the Singapore Memorial, designed by the architect Colin St Clair Oakes and unveiled on 2 March 1957 by the Governor, Sir Robert Black. Its 12 walls carry the names of more than 24,000 Commonwealth land and air force personnel who have no known grave. Just outside the war cemetery, Kranji State Cemetery was set up by the Singapore government in 1970 and holds the graves of Yusof Ishak and Dr Benjamin Sheares, Singapore's first and second presidents.

The memorial is a stop on the Woodlands at War route of the National Heritage Board's Woodlands Heritage Trail, and a remembrance service is held each year on the Sunday closest to 11 November.
