Punggol Waterway Park is a 25.79-hectare park along Punggol Waterway in the Punggol planning area. The 4.2km waterway, built by HDB as the centrepiece of Punggol's plan to become a waterfront town, was opened by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on 23 October 2011, after the idea was outlined in his 2007 National Day Rally speech.

The park is laid out in four themed areas: Nature Cove, Recreation Zone, Heritage Zone and Green Gallery. In the Heritage Zone, the old Punggol Road bus stop was kept along with a 160m stretch of the original road. Three bridges act as landmarks: Jewel Bridge with its dome, where otters and migratory birds are often seen; Kelong Bridge, shaped like a kelong as a nod to Punggol's past as a fishing village; and Sunrise Bridge on the eastern side. Fruit trees such as rambutan, durian, jackfruit and chiku, probably planted by earlier settlers, still grow here, and plants such as Red Thalia and bulrush along the banks help remove pollutants from the water.

The park is open 24 hours and forms part of the 26km North Eastern Riverine Loop of the park connector network. Damai LRT station and Punggol MRT station are the nearest stops, and fishing is not allowed.
