Coney Island Park is an 81-hectare nature park on Coney Island, off the Punggol coast in the Punggol planning area, and it opened to the public on 10 October 2015. The island was known as Pulau Serangoon, and in the 1930s and 1940s as Haw Par Island after the Aw brothers of Tiger Balm, who built a beach villa there. The Haw Par Beach Villa still stands, but visitors may not enter it.

Two bridges connect the island to the mainland: the West entrance near Punggol Point Walk and Punggol Promenade, and the East entrance near Lorong Halus Wetland. There are no car parks on the island; the nearest is at Punggol Settlement, Punggol Coast is the nearest MRT station, and bicycle parking sits at both entrances. Trails pass five themed beaches, a mangrove boardwalk and an estuary where Giant Mudskippers, mud lobsters and tree-climbing crabs can be seen, and more than 80 bird species have been recorded.

The park is open from 7am to 7pm. NParks asks visitors to stay on the trails, not to camp, fish or feed the monkeys, and to wear long trousers and covered shoes against sandflies. Some terrain is rugged and may not suit young children or people with limited mobility.
