Attraction
Manaslu Circuit
Remote circuit around the world's eighth-highest peak
The Manaslu Circuit is one of Nepal's most spectacular and remote trekking routes, circumnavigating Mount Manaslu (8,163m) — the world's eighth-highest mountain. The trek crosses the Larkya La Pass at 5,160 metres and passes through pristine Nubri and Tsum valleys with deep Tibetan Buddhist cultural traditions largely untouched by tourism.A restricted area permit is required for part of the route, which has helped preserve the trail's wilderness character and authentic mountain culture. The scenery of glaciers, dense forests, and close-up views of Manaslu make this one of the Himalayas' most rewarding multi-week treks.
