Godavari Botanical Garden is Nepal's largest botanical garden, spread across 82 hectares at the foot of Phulchoki Hill in Lalitpur. The garden houses an impressive collection of Himalayan and exotic plants, orchid greenhouses, and native tree species set against the backdrop of forested hills.Beloved for weekend picnics, nature walks, and birdwatching (Phulchoki is famous for its bird diversity), the garden also has a sacred spring considered holy by both Hindus and Buddhists, adding a spiritual dimension to the natural setting.
