Five steps, no surprises

Tell us roughly what you want

Dates, rough budget, who's coming, how hard you want it to be. A few lines is enough — we'll ask the rest.

We send back an outline

A day-by-day plan and a price with everything in it. If it's not right, say so and we'll redo it. This part is free and there's no cap on revisions.

Deposit holds your place

A deposit confirms the dates and lets us book permits, lodges and internal flights. The balance is due closer to departure — the exact terms are on your quote, not buried in a policy page.

We get you ready

A kit list that assumes you own nothing, a briefing call, and a straight conversation about altitude and insurance. Ask us anything in this window — it's what it's for.

You go

You're met at Kathmandu and handed to your guide. Someone in Singapore stays reachable the whole time, and certified aviation partners are on call if anything needs escalating.

Practical questions about booking

How far ahead should I book?

For peak season (October–November, March–April) two to four months is comfortable, mainly because lodges and internal flights fill. Outside those windows we've put trips together in a few weeks.

What's included in the price?

Guiding, porters, permits, accommodation on trek, internal transport and most meals on the trail. International flights, insurance, visa and tips are not. Your quote lists both sides explicitly — if something is ambiguous, that's our mistake and we'll fix the wording.

Can I pay in SGD?

Yes. Quotes for Singapore travellers are in Singapore dollars and that's the figure you pay — no conversion surprise at the end.

What if I need to cancel?

The terms are on your quote before you pay anything, in plain language. Broadly: the earlier you tell us, the more comes back. We'd rather you asked us about this upfront than found out later.
